DO NOT PURCHASE from either LED Headlights Pro or Xenon Pro. They DO NOT honor their advertised warranty on their *** lights. These headlights that i purchased for $150.00 only lasted just over six months. They wanted to charge me $60.00 to ship me a new set!! Rip off!! I got a new set on Amazon for $57.00.

They have very sucky service and do not refund you when you send bulbs back. I sent my bulbs off and got a email that i had been refunded. Well i never seen the money back in my account and then i got a call that they wher in customs that they where on ther way back when i sent them in for a refund not to get them fixed and sent back. So in order to get them back i have to pay another 35 dollars when they owe me over 300 dollars. But i guess i should have looked at the reviws before I got into this mess. And then before all this I had got a different set of lights and they didnt work either so i emailed them and they never replied so days later i live chatted them and giess what it was past to 30 day trial period so they wouldnt do anything anyways even though i emailed them before that so now i am stuck with another set of lights.

Not as Advertised. Poor Tech Support. Bad Customer Service.

Product was advertised to be plug and play for my Mercedes E320. It was not. After 2 hours on the tech support chat box (you can't talk to person) I was told to use silicone glue or electrical tape to hold the lamps in place. After much discussion, I was issued and RMA. 10 days AFTER they received the lamps (had to ship to Montreal, postage paid) the credit had yet to be posted. Back to the text box and after 45 minutes of 'research' i got this "My apologies! Our Account Department got back to me. Our receivers did indeed approve your return but they did not confirm it properly! I had Accounts correct it for you. You'll definitely receive the refund in the next 5-10 business days." Really??? And if I never followed up...you know.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR NEARLY A WEEK THRU EMAIL AND TRYING TO CALL THEM DIRECTLY REGARDING THE 9007 LIGHT BULBS THEY SENT ME. THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE A DIRECT FIT BUT THE RETAINER DOES NOT GO OVER THE BACK OF THE BULBS TO LOCK THE BULB IN PLACE. TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM WITH NO RESULTS. MY NEXT STEP IS TO CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DO A STOP PAYMENT. YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SPEND COUNTLESS HOURS TRYING TO CONTACT THEM WITH NO RESPONSE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DUE THAT YOU CANNOT TALK TO ANYONE NOT EVEN A ANSWERING MACHINE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I had an a pair of lights that needed to be exchanged. Sent an RMA and a week later was told they received it. It's been three weeks since that time and I never got a new tracking number for the lights being sent back out to me. I've tried calling, live chat and email support and can't contact anyone at ALL. Their "fanatical customer support" is BS. This isn't the first time I have had this problem with them but it sure will be the last. I'm definitely going to get my money back! Save your time and your money please and buy lights from a different company.

Called during the times where they supposedly had support there to help. Unfortunately they always seemed to be busy and had very little time to email back. Just wanted to return the lights since they were for the wrong vehicle and was going to purchase the right ones for my vehicle. However they managed to let us down when they did not give us our money back even after we returned the lights. All they provided was a tracking number so we could watch ~$120 worth of lights return back to their company and rip us off. How did they even get verified by google? There will never be purchases from them ever again.

The anti flicker module stopped working after 9 months I have called numerous times and left messages. I have written customer service on five different ocassions. Guaranteed for life means squat. No one returns calls or emails. I spent over $500.00 for two cars and have gotten no service. Stay far away from these jokers.

Not Honoring Warrenty---Rip Off

The product worked for 1 year then the left front died contacted the company for customer Warranty and they claimed I was not in their system as a customer. I have proof of 4 emails from them of the Order Plus the fedx tracking of their delivery to me. They basically ignored me. Don't take a chance this product has a Fan which will never last a lifetime and once it dies the chips will heat up and shutdown. When the defective bulb flickers I can feel that the vibration from the fan was excessive where the working side had a very slight vibration. I expect it will die to in the coming months. I have to now try to get the credit company to reverse the charges after a year!. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

December 2nd 2016; I ordered a pair/set of H16 LED single beam 45W yellow color from LED Headlights pro - I was sent a wrong size bulb when delivered. Went to their online chat for support and wasted half an hour to more than an hour waiting for NOTHING! Tried for another time (a different day) waited more than half an hour (up to 45mins) still no response - more like the "queueing" was a total bull! Seeming they are helping other customers with their complaints, but just their way of "hiding behind the bush" for their dishonesty. Seems like they are also overpricing their items for sale in exchange of their *** LIFETIME WARRANTY. If they are really concerned of their customers and are backing their items; first be readily available for your customers innevery means possible. Also, i have been seeing the exact item (at least the one they shipped out to me) they are selling at more than 1 hundred dollars for only half to a third of how much they're selling it. They must've rebranded it and spent money to fabricate their website. (My 2 cents). Latest contact was thru email message telling them of the previous attempts to get a support from their chat agents... it has been 4 days and NO reply email from them.

Do Not Order From Here....I ordered $300 worth of lights, they showed up quickly but that's it! The head light plugs had to be modified, the fog light connectors were broken in the box and the quartz covers don't fit!! I called, emailed and tried online chat. I only received one email response which simply said to modify or electrical tape the connectors. Ridiculous for such an expensive product!!!

Wrong kit for prius 2009 with hid

The kit that came will not work due to the mounting on the base. It is setup for a push and twist while hid base has a wider base with 2 line up notches and is retained in place by a spring clip. The kit that came looks good but is not the right one. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to its lack of concern to satisfy and fill orders correctly. I did read reviews that were praising the led kits and I failed to scroll far enough down to catch lower reviews. I cannot evaluate the operation of the led kit, but I can evaluate order filling as being very poor. Based on the lower reviews, I am not bothering to ask for my money back or exchange since there are short comings there as well.

The only things these clowns do well is take your money. Just got a response from my email of 6 days ago asking for them to refund my money.

Third time they have told me it is on the way...27 days after they received the returned bulbs. I don't believe them, period. Yesterday I opened a transaction dispute with my credit card company. Since this clown show hides in Canada, can't even file a BBB complaint against them.

Do not, repeat, do not do business with these clowns. Their 800 number has either blocked my number, or is no longer in service.

“LedHeadlightsPro shipped incorrect bulbs. Instead of doing the right thing and immediately shipping the correct bulbs, while I shipped back the incorrect ones, this business insisted that I ship the bulbs back Fedex Ground, at my expense. Once they received the bulbs back, confirmed that they were not broken, they would take an additional 7-10 days to ship the correct bulbs. Fail. They offered option two: I could go online and buy the correct bulbs again, hope and pray that they would fill the order correctly, and get them within a week or two, as opposed to the three to four weeks or more with option one. Will not be doing business with this group of clowns and would recommend that others shop elsewhere for the LED needs, there is no shortage of better choices out there.”
